trought this latter, i would like to convey that asof today's 27th to mei 31th 2014, i can't be present inthe office to work as task and responsibilities, in because i had to rest at home as doctor's advice for a disease that i suffered. following doctor's letter examination result which i attach.
after recovering my health,then i'll go back to work as task and my responsibility as usual.
